Beginners
Beginners are welcome on the first Friday or the first Tuesday of every month.
The first session is have a go and it is free. After that it is £5 for juniors and £7 for adults each week per 2 hour training session including all coaching and equipment hire. Equipment is provided but come in long track suit trousers, t-shirt and trainers.
Minimum age is 8 years old but maximum age is as long as you can stand up!
